Use this command to configure the report flood for IGMP Snooping.
Note: To use this global command is to control the feature at the system level. The actual configuration is applied at the
VLAN level, but for the VLAN configuration to take effect, the global command must be enabled. Inversely, use the global command to
disable this feature at the system level – applies to all VLANs.
