Use this command to configure a filter that restricts the routes that BGP accepts from all neighbors based on destination prefix. The
distribute list is applied to all routes received from all neighbors. Only routes permitted by the prefix list are accepted. If the
command refers to a prefix list that does not exist, the command is accepted and all routes are permitted.
