Use this command to configure Dynamic Load Balance (DLB) on all the ECMP groups in a system.

The load-balance IDs are 1, 2, or 3 as follows:
- DLB Spray mode
- DLB Fixed Assignment mode
- DLB Eligibility mode
Note: For existing ECMP groups, using this command to configure DLB does not take effect until a switch reload
isperformed.
