State of neighbor cache entry. Possible values are Incomplete, Reachable, Stale, Delay, Probe, and
Unknown.

The time in seconds that has elapsed since an entry was added to the cache.

The type of neighbor entry. The type is Static if the entry is manually configured and Dynamic if dynamically
resolved.
