Contains the current value of the hold-time timer. If the device and the BGP neighbor have not yet negotiated this value (connection state "connected" not yet reached), this field contains the hold-time configured for this BGP neighbor under .
With this value set to "0", the device assumes that the connection is in the "established" state even if it does not receive any messages.
Note: If the device receives no messages within the time specified here, it assumes that the connection has failed.
