LANCOM Next Business Day Service Extension

  • please note: In rural areas (except for Germany) the delivery of the exchange device may take one day longer
  • option has to be activated within the first three months after purchase of your LANCOM device

In case of a technical fault, with a LANCOM Next Business Day Service Extension you won't wait long for a replacement of your device. You just contact our support to get an RMA number and afterwards an alternate device will be sent to you. You do not have to send in your faulty device first. If LANCOM receives the RMA request before 14.00h on a business day the alternate device will be sent to you within 24 hours (or not longer than the next business day). A business day is defined as monday to friday exluding legal holidays in Germany (Aachen). Please look here to learn for which devices this service is available
