Note: When working with WEBconfig, all URLs sent to the TACACS+ server
during configuration must be enabled. For example, the URL "config2"
under WEBconfig provides access to the configuration branch of the LCOS
menu tree. Additionally, the individual parameters which the user may
edit must also be enabled. You can view the URLs sent by WEBconfig to
the TACACS+ server with the trace "trace+ tacacs".
