LANCOM products and Windows 7™
Switching to the new operating system Windows 7 means that you will need to update a variety of drivers and programs. This page gives you an overview of the program versions that Windows 7 requires, and of the functions provided by each of them.
- LANconfig, LANmonitor/WLANmonitor
Windows 7 supports the LANCOM Management Software, consisting of

- AirLancer USB-300agn drivers
An update providing Windows 7 support for the AirLancer USB 300agn is available at our download area.
LANCOM Advanced VPN Client
As of version 2.2. the LANCOM Advanced VPN Client is compatible with Windows 7 as 32 and 64 bit version. For older version which should be used with Windows 7 it is necessary to obtain an upgrade.
- LANCOM LANCAPI, CAPI Fax Modem and LANCOM NDISWAN
LANCOM LANCAPI and LANCOM NDISWAN (dial-in network support) 7.2 support Windows 7 systems with 32-bit architecture. LANCAPI 7.9 and higher are available for 64-bit systems (x64) too. As of version 5.2, the LANCOM CAPI Fax Modem offers compatibility to 32-bit Windows 7 systems. From version 5.22 on support for 64-bit systems (x64) is added. In general systems with Intel Itanium (IA64) are not supported.
LANCOM NDISWAN as part of the LANCAPI 7.2 installation package does support 32-bit Windows 7. NDISWAN for 64-bit systems is not yet available.
