Quality and service when it is needed - this is what you expect from your network component manufacturer. For this reason, the LANCOM service options will meet your requirements.
LANCOM Next Business Day Service Extension
In case of a technical fault, with a LANCOM Next Business Day Service Extension you won't wait long for a replacement of your device. You just contact our support to get an RMA number and afterwards an alternate device will be sent to you. You do not have to send in your faulty device first. If LANCOM receives the RMA request before 14.00h on a business day the alternate device will be sent to you within 24 hours (or not longer than the next business day). A business day is defined as monday to friday exluding legal holidays in Germany (Aachen). Please look here to learn for which devices this service is available.
LANCOM Next Business Day Service Extension

- next business day advance replacement
- available in DE/AT/UK/IRL/ES/FR/IT/BE/NL/LUX - islands excluded
- please note: In rural areas (except for Germany) the delivery of the exchange device may take one day longer
- option has to be activated within the first three months after purchase of your LANCOM device
LANCOM 2-Year Warranty Extension
This option exceeds the LANCOM warranty period of your device by two more years. Here you can see which LANCOM 2-Year Warranty Extension you need for your device.
LANCOM 2-year Warranty Extension
In a nutshell:
- adds 2 years manufacturer's warranty (max. total 5 years)
- option is valid for one time per device
- different options for each product
- option has to be activated within the first three months after purchase of your LANCOM device
