The LANCOM Service Ticket
A new billing method is being introduced for the new Extended Services; the LANCOM Service Ticket.

Tickets grant you easy and convenient access to the LANCOM Extended Services. A variety of support and other services can be paid for with the LANCOM Service Tickets.
- LANCOM Service Tickets are valid for two years and are transferable
- LANCOM Config Service Tickets already purchased can also be used as Service Tickets
- LANvantage Partners can use their advertising subsidies to purchase LANCOM Service Tickets
How do I buy a ticket?
LANCOM Service Tickets are available from distributors and specialist resellers, or directly from LANCOM via the Ticket Hotline: Tel: +49 (0) 2405 / 49 93 6-210
Ticket numbers will be sent to you by post and by mail upon receipt of a direct-debit mandate (or upon receipt of payment for orders outside of Germany).
