LANCOM Config Service Remote
You can benefit from extended preferential access to the technical know-how at LANCOM Systems.
- Thematically specialized 2nd-level support (Network Connectivity / Wireless LAN) by appointment
- Conceptualization of solution scenarios
- Creation of configurations and remote support
Cost per request: 1 LANCOM Service ticket (maximum duration: 45 minutes)

Prices
Use of the LANCOM Config Service is based on a ticket system. One ticket is charged per query/problem (up to a maximum duration of 45 minutes). Tickets are valid for 2 years.

LANCOM Config Service Inhouse
You need a specialist to set up your network directly on site? Then the LANCOM Config Service Inhouse is for you.
